    Remodeling pricing
I have a client that needs her deck stripped of stain. I do not like to use poor quality materials. Does anyone have a suggestion?

Are you also going to then be re-staining it? Are you going to be power washing the stain off, using stripping solution and then sanding it? Also, it would help to know the location where you will be doing the work in order to answer you the best here.

It would be helpful to have some additional information from you.

I have done a lot of research concerning the pricing of deck washing and staining. What I have found is, that in the United States, the price ranges from $1.25 to $3.50 per square foot for washing and staining. Some of the higher prices that I have found will also include the cost of the materials. Also, I have found that the higher prices are generally found in the locations that are the most populated.

I have opted to use the lowest price that I have found, $1.25 per square foot. And, that would be for two coats and would not include the cost of the materials that are used.

    Thanks!
