    220 volt 3 wire to 4 wire.
    I am installing a new stove and running new romex from the box to the stove. How do I properly connect the 4 wires at the box that currently has only 3 wires so that the new system is grounded?

    Try explaining this a bit better.

    What is "the box"?? The breaker panel?
