    G-4 visa/resident status
    Hi,

I have a G-4 visa (dependent). We are living in the U.S. for 6 years.
Recently, I got a job and for tax purpose I need to check if I am considered a "nonresident alien" or a "resident alien".
I complied with the "substantial presence test" but I am not sure if a G-4 is one of the exemptions.
I need help to make that legal decision!
    Thanks,:)

G-4 holders are considered "nonresident alien", spouse and dependents of G-4 category cannot work in US.
