    Changed 60 amp carterige fuse but lost 15amp circuit
    I blew a 60amp cartridge fuse I replaced it but now I lost a 15 amp circuit all fuses look OK don't know what happened... thanks

    I think you need to test the fuses rather than just looking at them. Was the 60 amp fuse you removed definitely blown? Can you check the old 60 amp fuse with a continuity tester? Then test the 15 A fuses with a tester (SAFELY).
    You are probably about maxed out on this fuse box so that it is a coin toss whether the main 60A blows or one of the individual circuit fuses blows.
