    What is your OS?
    What program is causing the error message?

    Is this an AOL 9.0 error message? If it's AOL, try uninstalling and REinstalling the software clean.

    If that doesn't work, notes on the web indicate you may need to do a System Restore (if it's Vista) back to before the problem occurred, then reinstall AOL.
