    Halloween animated movie
    OK so I've been wondering about this animated movie for a long time... theres like 5 kids and its halloween and they are trick-or-treating and they find out there friend has died, and they see him getting carried away in the ambulance, and then they go to this place and talk to this guy about getting their friend back... and then they see him as a ghost and he's happy about being a ghost... and there's something about the dead boy like being trapped in this big house mansion thing or something... and I really can't remember anymore, I know that's confuzing... but the kid was like dressed as a mummy or something, and I keep thinking his name is like billy or something. But I don't know, its been years, but help because like its been driving me crazzzi! Thank you
