    Renter and landlord
    I have a house that is about to go in forclourser I am working on trying to keep it, my renter no this and is not paying rent do they have the right to hold rent from me, and by doing this do I have to reture there deposite , when they broke there contract?

    Will depend on where you live, in California there is a law that states they don't have in, and they can even sue you for their rent back from the time it went into foreclosure.

    But in most areas, no they can't and if they do you can sue them for the rent and you can evict them
