Im wanting to move home with my family and boyfriend don't agree and wants the kids?
I'm wanting to move back to my home town and my boyfriend don't like it there but all my family is there and my granny is sick and he don't want me to take my daughter. What rights do I have for taking my children being a stay at home ?

Welcome to AMHD. You have all the rights, other than the natural father's; and the boyfriend has none. He must like to argue.

There is more information needed to give a good answer such as is he on the birth certificate? If you are living together right now I would guess that there isn't a visitation order in place but he can go to court to get one if you left and if he has one (depending on how far you are wanting to move) that could force you to move back.

Ok, so you have chosen your family over your boyfriend, so that means he is not a serious love. If his name is on the birth certificate, he can take you to court for custody. So why do you wish to leave your boyfriend, the real reason
