    Bank Levy
A judgement was filed against me and the creditor levied my bank account and placed a garnishment against my wages. I filed a claim exception for the levy. My account is now frozen and I cannot pay my bills. I am a single mother of 3 children and I need to be able to support myself and children. The amount owed is $12,536 and I agreed to pay them $250 per month which is actually 25% of my monthly salary. Can I get a court order to remove the levy on my bank account?

More info is neeed to give you some solid advise, your personal circunstaces usually are not taken into consideration by the judge, also any regular payments or verbal agreements you made does not prevent the creditor from filing suit.
At this point if I were you I would stop making any payments and leave the bank account alone, no more deposits in there you can cash your pay checks and pay your bills using money orders. The reason why the judge granted the levy could be to get any savings you had in there, collectors can find out the balance you'r keeping in your bank accounts, even though is not legal they do it anyway in regular bases.

Did you show up in court whe the obtained the judgment?
