I-751 Divorce ,Pregnancy
1)What's next filling divorce after 4 years married, and separated since January, waiting for more than one year for the permanent residence, and with a letter just arrived saying my case was transfer from Florida to Vermont what I need to do now.
2) If I get Medicaid for being pregnant , is going to influence the decision of the immigration officer giving me the permanent residence. My baby is not from my ex husband.
Thanks

Case transfered to Vermont is not a good sign.. yours are under administrative review, which means USCIS found out about your long term separation, especially when couple live in different states. You may receive an appointment or interview or the worst case, Notice of denial.
If I were you, I will send a letter to USCIS and withdraw I-751. You can start filing I-485 with your new b/f after divorce.
Pregnancy normally helps proving the marriage is genuine but not this one. If you get Medicaid, not only it effects your ex but also your eligibility to become a permanent resident of this country. What you should do is get help from the baby's father. If he refuses his responsibility, you can file for paternity test, and if the DNA test says he is the baby's father, you can file for child support. You don't have to be married to him to be able to file child support. In many states these procedures are very simple, all you need to do is contact them.
