    Missing .dll file in ULTRWW.CAB prevents Excel access
    I have had Ultimate Office 2007 since Sept 07. For some reason Excel no longer fires up (everything else Word, Publisher et al still does). :(

    Initially get "configuring 2007" then Error1334 "can't find IPFORMAT.dll file in ULTRWW.CAB".

    Can anybody tell me how to fix this so I can open excel files again? - tried "repair" results in same error message..
