    Removal of husband
    How do I remove husband from house?
    Does drugs, takes too many and fall asleep with cigarett in hand
    And constantly burns ever place he sits or lies down.

    Afraid me and my children will be burnt out of home or come home and find him dead

    He does not support house or kids

    Refuses to leave

    It would be difficult if he owns half the house, then he has a vested interest. So buy him out and get a court order, get a legal separation, have him removed legally. It may take a while.

    You file for divorce, get a order from the judge to make him move.
    You can not evict a husband. You can try to get a restraining order
