Not much you can do unless you have a court order stating otherwise...
Is there anything in your order that states he must keep you up to date on the daily activities and/or well being of your son?

As far as just everyday activities he dosen't have to answer all of your texts/calls. He has to talk with you about big decisions. He has physical custody and that is one of the benefits that he has. If you think you should be getting more visitation go back to court and petition the judge to allow more visitation but I don't personally know of a judge that will order him to respond to your every attempt.

First, it highly unusual for a father to get primary physical custody of a 5 month old. So I suspect there is more to this story.

Unless the court order states that you are entitled to daily updates he can ignore your calls.
