    Swapping thremostats
    Swapped out from a honeywell thermo to a hunter. I have 5 wires from the honeywell I had a r and c wire. But on the hunter it had a place for rh and rc. Does the red r wire go to the rh or vice versa. Now my airconditioner won't turn on. Please help

    I just put in a new Hunter myself, and ran into some issues as well.

    There was an 800 number on the instructions with the thermostat.

    I called it, and they helped me get everything hooked up correctly.

    Have you tried that yet?

    Label and cap the C wire.

    R connects to both Rc and Rh
