    Water leak
Hot water leaking from faucet located on the outside of my house on wall close 2 where hot water heater is located.

There are 2 pipes coming out of the wall 1 is a white pvc pipe. The one with water coming out of it, looks like a metal faucet, but there is no handle on it to turn water off or on.

What can I do to repair or find out why water coming out of faucet. Is this normal? I have been in home 5+ yrs. Never noticed it before.
