    In Texas removal of Adult Child
    How does one go about getting an adult child of one's home? I can written notice but the child will not leave. Thanks.

    You file for an eviction in housing court, they are served notice, there is a court hearing and judge orders them to leave, in a few days or week, a date is set, if they are not out, a court officer comes over and escorts them off the property
