    How much should I charge per sq ft for painting. Material and labor. It's interior and commercial building. Thanks

    I would not quote materials and labor in one lump. It is safer to quote sq/ft labor only. Let the owner pick the best or cheapest pain he can find and take you away from any blame if the products don't work as well as they should. For a commercial building I'd charge at least $1 per sq/ft. Are you a painting pro or a handyman?
