    Helping my friend lose weight
My friend has been obese his whole life; he has accepted the fact that he is obese but I can tell that he truly wants to lose weight by a few comments he says every now and then. We are young teenagers so its not like we can go to a gym and we don't like to leave the street (I kind of can't leave the street) so its not like we can go running. Although I have a mini trampoline/ treadmill and we play on my basketball goal. We normally only play/workout for thirty-minutes. Also he eats a lot so suggesting to him to eat less won't do it. What kind of routine can I do with him (without me advertising what I'm doing) to help him lose about 10 pounds this summer? He doesn't mind running on my treadmill; he is about five feet six inches and he weighs about 190. But he's strong and a little faster than me (I'm very lean) so some of it is muscle. His body type is your typicall obese body type.

There is nothing YOU can do unless he wants to bad enough, He will have to go on a diet, and start proper exercise,

Okay so me and my friends all drink and smoke cigs and weed. Its college and it was all good. One friend of mine quit smoking weed first about a year ago and I thought that was admirable. The past few months I had been going through a hard time so I quit smoking weed and cigs and cut down...

What would you do if a friend of yours got dumped and refuses to move on nearly a quarter of a year after it happened. You joke about it with him as with laughter he should be able to overcome it more quick, but he refuses to, living in hope that she will take him back when she has changed her...
