    Body overheating
    Due to a health problem my body is overheated on-going, at night I find it difficult to sleep
    Because of this any ideas or suggestions?

    They do have pillows that you can fill with water, maybe using one and filling it with cold water will help, also ice packs or a cool blanket. Sorry, that's all I can come up with.
