    Quick weight loss
    Hi,

    I have to lose my weight very quickly because everybody is commenting on me I have to reduce my weight give me al the options so that I can choose one of them because I am a working women I won't get time to exercise and I won't eat much also what to do plzzzzzzzzzzzz help meeeeeeee

    First of all, there is no such thing as quick weight loss, it is unhealthy. Secondly, we can't offer you options only suggestions for a healthy wieght loss which is about, I guess, l-l/2 pounds a week through lowering our caloric intake and exercising to counter balance. Walk a lot, eat plenty of salads, lean meat, always have breakfast lunch and dinner; read labels of everything you buy. Measure yourself around the chest, waist and hips, note those measurements down along with your weight. Do not weigh yourself each morning, that is counter-productive. And don't forget some women lose inches first then bulk.
