    Way's to gain weight quick
    I am 25 and only weight 145 pounds and it is to skinny I am 5"10 I need to put on some weight. But in a healthy way, someone please help me I don't like to be so skinny. I need some ways of gaining weight quick I don't want to wait for ever to put some weight on. I eat around three meals a day and am pretty active some one please give me some good advice.

    Protein consumption(chicken,legumes,unsalted nuts,shakes,snack bars... etc)
    Carb consumption(wheat grains,wild rices,breads,natural no sugar added juices)

    I thought I was too skinny in high school so I drank protein shakes (like rocawear said). They seemed to work for me.

    Increase your calorie consumption, eat potatoes but still watch what you put on it. Any full grain products, cereals, rices, pastas, breads-- fruits and veggies, just add bigger portions. And maybe even eating 4 or 5 times a day will help some.
