Not exactly sure where it's located on your truck, especially since I don't know what engine you have. Try following each hose from the throttle body or plenum--one of those will lead to the PCV Valve.
In the future, use full-synthetic engine oil; e.g. Mobil 1. Synthetics have much lower NOACK volitility ratings that conventional oil. What this means, in your situation, is that the light, smaller oil molecules will not evaporate as much, under heat, and clog your PCV Valve and other pollution control systems. Change it every 6 months or 6,000 miles, whichever comes first.
