    Landlord protection
I have a tenant who gave me a 30 day notice mid month. She paid in full for the month of April and gave me a 30 day verbal notice from April 20th to May 20th. Then put it in writing and gave it to me on May 2nd, we are on a verbal 30 day lease in California. Do I have a right to ask her for the rent for entire month of may?

My husband and I recently got a spy virus on our new computer.
