    A little more info might help, like the version of Windows, what you want to protect them from, etc. Remember the more you put into a question the better chance we have of understadning, diagnosing and answering.

    I use WindowsXP - and option #2 in the link fredg gave. Works great.

    If you're not using WindowsXP, let us know what you're running.

    Hi,
    I agree with fredge. The second option is more appropriate as the first option will not work if the file system is FAT. It will work if the file system is NTFS.

    The zip file option will work in all file systems in XP.
