    Auto title delivery
    Is there a time limit in which the seller of a car must present the title to the new owner? Can the purchase be voided if the title is not delivered within a certain time frame?

    There is no sale until the title is turned over.

    Usually it is 30 days for the title to be transferred to the new owner.
