    Repairing/Splicing a crack on a wooden guitar body.RESTORATION
Has anyone done this before? A step by step run through would be really helpful. I have an acoustic guitar I wish to restore and there are 3 cracks that need filling. 2 following the grain on the wood and 1 curved.

    Any pointers welcome!

I will admit and be honest, that I have been afraid to answer your question because I did not want to disappoint you because of the potential difficulties in doing the repairs. However, it just dawned on me that I don't know how deep the cracks are that you are talking about.

How deep are they, please? Are they all the way through the wood?
