Different things work for different people... some things you could try:

*go for a pregnancy massage... (absolutely wonderful!)
    *pregnancy yoga
*get comfortable and practice slow, deep breathing
*have hubby give you a nice back rub or foot massage
    *go outside for a walk
*practice using some visualization... put yourself in your mind in a relaxing, peaceful location... hear the calming sounds, focus on how your breathing calms you, let your body go limp

    Meditation,

Closing your eyes and repeating something that is positive for you.

Closing your eyes and telling your body, body part to body part to relax. Work your way up from your toes all the way to your head. Continue this.

Closing your eyes and breathing. Just focusing on your breathing.

These are different types and many more. It takes time and patience but really works wonders.

Even saying a silent prayer, if you do that sort of thing. Closing your eyes and just repeating a favorite comforting prayer.

    Kind of hard to explain:
What you basically do is lie down, close your eyes, and tense parts of your body and let go SLOWLY.

Here is an easy one. Make a fist. Hold for 30 sec. Let go slowly. Feel the tension leave your body. Let your body relax.

So you do this with your feet, legs, thighs, buttocks, stomach, fists, neck, mouth, forehead etc.
