    Imputed income for domestic partner
I have received a W-2 (2007) form reporting imputed income for domestic partner medical insurance coverage.

However, my domestic partner and I were married in December of 2007, so I'm thinking that this W-2 should never have been issued.

    Am I right?

I assume your domestic partner is of the opposite sex.

If so, the income on the W-2 is still valid In my opinion.
