    Landlord sale of property with tenants
    Can landlord give 60 days notice to vacate due to landlord selling property to an new owner during an lease?

    Not unless the lease has in it written clause that allows them,
    In general, they are bound to the lease and can not evict you, and the new landlord is obligated to honor the new lease. So check out your written lease.

    If you are on month to month rental, yes they can
