    Immigration and divorce
    My wife just got Permanent residence card for herself and 16 year old daughter after living in GA. For two and a half years with me.Now she has filed for divorce. Is there a possible crime here?

    If she becomes permanent resident, divorce will not affect her status. This is legitimate, not a crime.
