    320 amp service
I set 2-200 amp panels inside a house and a 320 amp meter base outside am I going to need a meter panel combo for the main panel and use both of the inside panels as sub panels. Right now I have just the meter outside both panels has main breakers

Well, aside from the fact that I can hardly understand your post, I think I get the drift.

Typically I would just use a 320A meter base with double lugs on the load side. Then run two runs of 4/0AL or 2/0CU to the panels.
BOTH inside panels are MAIN panels in this case.

This would have been good to know from the start. Yes you will. It will need to be inside where the other main panel is.
