Is there a fee to garnish someone's wage if they get a judgement from the court?

Generally no. But some courts may charge a fee to issue the writ.

Thanks for the reply. I wanted to ask you another question pertaining this matter. If the judgement has been issued, can the defendant file a chapter 7 and include the judgements? From my understanding is.. if you file chapter 7 all collection activities and judgements will cease. Is this true? I live in Florida.

I have seen in some states that the employor is allowed to charge a few dollars for their trouble in the garnishment.
