    Wage Garnishment in SC and MI
    As a judgment debtor, will his wages be garnished at South Carolina?

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Yes, they will keep the judgement active and will garnish you under the laws of the state where you work. The judgement will stay active for 10 years and they can renew it for another 10 if they show the court there is a reason to
