    Craftsman 42 ' Riding Mower
    I have a Sears Craftsman 42' riding mower. Does it have a safety on it and how do you get the blades to turn? The belt is on the pulley but I can't get the thing to mow.

    Do you have a model number for us, we can help you get a manual. There should be a blade engagement handle on the right side of the unit when you are seated, within easy reach with your right hand. Pull that handle toward you.

    Is it an electric switch engaged pto, or a manuel lever pto to the blades?
