    Single mother without income filing
    I am a single mother who moved to California a little over a year ago.Can I file if I don't have an income in the state of California?If yes,what forms do I need to fill out?:eek:

    If you had no income, then there is no benefit of doing the tax return. You won't get Earned Income Credit and child tax credit is not refundable.
