    State taxes
    I live in pa but work in de is it possible that I paid so much in taxes in De that I get a full refund for my pa taxes that's what turbo tax is showing??

    Since you work in DE you will file DE return.
    You will in PA so you will file PA return also and claim credit for taxes paid to DE. If DE tax rate is higher than PA, you will not pay any tax to PA.
