I am a student from India, currently on F1 Visa in Boston, MA.
I am wondering if somebody could help in following questions
    (1) which state tax form I need to fill.. is it NR/PY or the resident one (Form 1).. for last one year I have been in MA almost for the whole 2006.. .
    (2) can I claim the tax treaty benefits while filling state taxes... (the one with 5150 article 21(2))...

    Much thanks
