    Can ex interfere with scheduling events on fathers weekend
    Can ex interfere with fathers legal visitation by scheduling events on fathers weekend and expecting him to drive him to these events on his time with the child?

    The way to stop this is either to negotiate with the other parent or go back into Court. It is technically a violation of the custody order - but only you know if it's worth going back into Court to argue about.

    I've seen the Court refuse to consider this a violation if it involves sports or "important" extra curricular events which also occur on the custodial parent's weekend.
