It's a continuation from my previous question about the summary judgment. I got a notice in the mail from the court that sates the following:

    NOTICE OF FILING OF ORDER

You are herby notified on December 14, 2006 a ORDER REQUIRING SUBMISSION OF SCHEDULING INFORMATION

Was filed in the above entitled matter. A true and correct copy of this notice has been served by mail upon the parties named herin at the last known address of each, pursuant to the Minnesota Rules of Civil Prodedure.

The next page is called ORDER REQUIRING SUBMISSION OF SCHEDULING INFORMATION.

The order states that unless previously filed, within thirty days of the date of this Order, the attorney who initially filed this matter shall complete and file with the court a Certificate of Representation and Parties.

Within 60 days of the date of this Order, each party shall submit the scheduling information as required by Rule 111.2 or 304.02 on an Informational Statement Form.

It then gives the date of the conference and if I wish to appear by phone.

    Hello again, AMS:

Ok, now we're cooking! I still don't know what a SUBMISSION OF... is.

But I know where to find out. If you're representing yourself in small claims court, you ought to have a copy of the court rules, in any case. Rule 111.2 is a rule from THAT book. I'll bet you can buy a copy from your local university book shop.

Can't win a case if you don't know the rules...

Sounds to me like it's a request from the court for times when you can appear.

In the future its best to keep releated questions in the same thread so we can see what's going on. Or at lease provide a link to the previous thread.
