    Do me and my girlfriend need the dad of her babe permission to move in with me I really don't no and he is hitting her about :mad:

    Are they married? Otherwise, I would say no you would not need his "permission." Of course, brace yourself for the problems that come along with "Baby Daddies," especially if this one is the type to cause problems.

    By "hitting her about" I think you mean he is violent towards her, correct? Has she filed for a protection order?
