    Trouble cranking
    I have a 16.5 briggs ohv put a new battery in it put another starter on it
    Ck all conecttions they are good.but when you go to crank it it turns slow
    And will even stop turning for a min.then turn slow and not crank. I have
    Got it to crank one time and it runs good.

    Sounds like your valves are out of adjustment.
