91 Honda Accord cranking but not starting.
We are having problems finding out why our 91 Honda Accord (5 speed manual) won't start. My son was driving the car and stopped to talk to some friends. The car was running and they were listening to the sub woofer system that was recently installed. (It had been in the car for about 5-6 weeks.) The car just quit. We had problems 1 1/2 years ago with not starting and we replaced the ignitor module and that worked. We thought that the module went out again and we replaced it again but it still did not start. We then replaced the coil but that has also not worked. We have also replaced the plugs. Now we are wondering if it could be the main relay and are looking into replacing this, but my question is - How can know if this might be the problem? What else could it be? What might we be missing? The car acts like it wants to start, we have checked the fuses and the fuel intake and they are not having any problems. Any suggestions?
