    Weighloss issues
    Hey.

I am 5'3 and used to way 155 lb.

I lost weight and went down to 129 lb.
    Great, right?
Well.. I love how I loook but I wouldn't mind losing a few pounds, say 10.
I been working out but I gained 5 lb. I am now 134...

I haven't been really eating right, I been eating normally I guess you can say, in moderation...
And doing high cardio, but I don't understand why I am not losign weight and I am gaining...

Yea I know eating plays a factor but if I don't even eat that much, I consume 1500 cals or less.

    Any advice?

Could it be that my body already lost so much weight that its still adjusting to my new one?

Is it even possible for me to lose that last 10 lb?

The last few pounds are the hardest to lose, I hear. And you could definitely be at a plateau, I don't know. And eating has EVERYTHING to do with weight loss. I would suggest eating healthier. And if you are eating lots of salt you could be retaining water.

    Yeah?
On Monday (after easter ends) I am going to follow a diet, eat healthier, this way I won't be working out for no reason haha.

But keeping fit is important more then losing the pounds, right?

I been kind of eating slaty food... but I really should watch my diet.
    Thanks Chiuahahua

A diet will fail, you must change your lifestyle. Just start eating healthier altogether. Replace loved foods with something similar but healthier. Like I said salt makes you retain water which makes you feel fatter and bloated.
