    Cynzilla, I am so glad you have posted this up because I am now going through the same thing with the same capital one card and with the same people Forster and Garbus... Please let me know what's happened with your case because I have no idea what to do... I want to pay them but I don't have enough money to do so right now what should I do?

    First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread. Especially since the thread you posted in was a year old.

    I assume that you have had your bank account frozen by this law firm.There are dozens of threads here that discuss what you can do in the situation. But we need to know exactly what happened here. Where you never informed about a suit or judgement?
