    Closing costs for a cash purchase
    Does anyone know where I can find information about buying a house for cash, specifically how I would estimate the buyer's closing costs?

    Who is doing the title search, who is going to write up a need deed.
    Are you using an attorney at closing. Will there be title insurance.
    What is the recording fee to record your deed. Is there a real estate agent that has to be paid the commission, What part of the costs is seller paying what costs is buyer.

    What are the taxes, are their prior years unpaid taxes, is there oil or propane in tanks to be paid credit or debit at closing,
