    Visitation and DNA testing.. HELP!
OK so my boyfriend and I have been together now for four years... last April we split up and was with his ex one night... she then became pregnant and said that it was his... he didn't believe her because she is known very well for sleeping around and is very psychotic.. the baby was born in January.. he has now decided that if she is his he wants to see her... GREAT! So for the last week he has had her everyday and most nights. Well the babies mother and I do not get along AT ALL! She has now decided that he cannot see his daughter because he and I are together.. we don't have the money to take her to court and she says she will not get a dna test done... what can we do... we are both new to this so any advice is very very appreciated.. thank you!

Is his name on the birth certificate?
If and when she goes to court for child support he needs to tell the Judge that he wants proof the baby is even his. Then it won't be up to her whether there is a paternity test or not.

What ever happens you can not take it out on the baby for who he has for a mother
And you can't keep your boyfriend from seeing him it will only cause resentment toward you
And he could choose the baby over you.

His name is not on the birth certificate and the baby does not have his last name... but I want nothing more then for him to see his little girl... and I'm not the kind of person that would treat the baby bad for who her mother is... I know its not her fault... but her mother is the one with the problem... its like she is making him choose his daghter or me... he says he won't do it... so I can see this being quite the bttle in court.. thanks for your help though!

At least in court your son can have his say and the Judge (hopefully being fair) will grant joint custody and give you (him) a custody schedule that she is to follow and if she still denies him his visits then take her back to court.
