No measurement for restaurant to submit bid
Hi everyone:
I do not have a measurement on restaurant for cleaning to submit a requested bid. What should I use to calcuate a monthly price?
Thanks for your time

What are you cleaning, parking lot, stove hoods, inside floors, windows.
To give a proper bid you will need to know what you are cleaning, what is expected in the cleaning, to what acceptable levels and of course size of area. Often a onsite inspection needs to be done also.

Thanks Chuck
Yes I already done the walk through but they don't know the sq ft in the specified areas of restaurant.
All it is a service production area to sweep and mop no equipment to be cleaned, dining area sweep/mop do not do tables chairs etc... the chairs are already to be put up on tables by staff, open finished porch deck overlooking water that needs blower and sprayed either with their hose or my pressure washer there may be some bird droppings on the railings and deck that would be a concern for them, (2) bathrooms not very big total of 4 stalls, 1 urinal, 2 sinks floors swept & mopped. This is a 7 day job and best part is anytime after midnite to do job as long it is done before 7:30am.
Like I stated they supposedly don't know and have a sq ft but want a quote, they are not happy with cleaner and it sounded like if price is right they'll change. So what do you think?
Thanks again for your time!
Heather

Ask them how much they are paying now, ( worst they can do is say no)
Then ask for the same price or just a small amount more. If they are unhappy, they should be willing to pay a little more for better service.
Also when you walk though, at home measure your steps, I do a two foot walk, each step is about 2 foot. During a walk though you can normally walk off sq ft.
