    Garnishment of Workman's Comp
    Can workman's Comp be garnished if a court judgemnt was issued

    It may depend upon the rules particular to your jurisdiction. In Ontario, where we practice, such payments are exempt from garnishment.

    In most jurisdictions in the U.S. probably. Usually SSI and social security are exempt from garnishment but not other sources of income.
