    Co signing on my home
    I co signed on a loan on my home I had him sign a noterized letter that he would pay do I have a law suit or can I do anything he only made 1 payment out of 4

    First, please do not ignore the instructions for using this site. Yoiur post has been moved from the Forum Help area which is only for questions about using this site. If you had read the bold, red ReadMe notice, you would have known that.

    You don't need the letter. If he signed as primary borrower and you as a gurarantor then if he didn't pay you would have the recourse to sue him for the payments.
