    Turnover number/ enzyme efficiency
If the enzyme has a molecular weight of 63,000 and was present in the assays above at a concentration of 26 micro grams/ milli liter, calculate the turnover number and the enzyme efficiency in the presence of methanol alone (noEtOH or 4-MP).
